If you do not take up your entitlements, these will be bid for (by retail holders I thought initially, but re-reading may be instos as is usually the case).
If you have 1,200 shares , your entitlement is 100 shares. If you do not take these up and the bookbuild price is $43.10, then you will get $100 being the bookbuild price ($43.10) less the offer price ($42.10) being $1 times 100 shares.
CSR did something similar recently.
