I wonder if there's a very specific play at hand here and the plan is to focus on a limited number of those ongoing developments. I would echo @malkazoid concerns, going from a very focused number of unmet needs to a plethora of programs.

It would be good to hear more on the plan for the combined set of programs. I've always been attracted to the clear focus of IHL development program. Though the board has never given me even a sniff of a reason to be concerned with the direction of travel, so for now I'm going to trust in their reasoning for this deal and ability to continue to deliver.
