I think everyone knows dragues has not performed to expections. This is just making it official. Personally i think federation resource will come up with a nice upgrade in a few days time. There has been some nice intercepts from last resoucre estimation just quickly estimating. Just think its a buying opportunity for some. Anyway thats my two cents worth.DYOR
