Pros and Cons of having an approachable CEO.
Yes, it's great if the CEO can answer questions by investors individually. However, this presents a problem-> Privileged information, or sensitive information might be provided to those few who happen to chat frequently/get a response from Mark.
The only way to prevent this, or at least from a governance part, is that the CEO/management provides an 'update', frequently enough where individuals do not need to seek a private 'chat' with Mark or any management, at the detriment of other shareholders.
He should only entertain questions if it is material, or would benefit the company substantially, and subsequently disclose it to all shareholders.
