The problem with Li is if he is removed as a director it only makes him more hostile. You can’t force him to sell or reduce his shareholdings so in many ways his shareholding is still a risk whether he’s on the board or not
I am open to rebuying some of my position but only if I can acquire sub 25 as I think the uncertainty will remain. The board is more likely to seek to appease MZ going forward which isn’t great. this battle may be one but the war isn’t over
