I contacted the Co a few days ago and was advised that the IPO is still proceeding and that they have already engaged the services of a Co to handle the IPO side of things ...... It was also my understanding that they should be listing very soon ....say within the next 4 -6 weeks. They also envisaged that the Co they have engaging will be contacting investors to participate in the ASX listing. I think their ASX listing code will be BTE.

So from my memory I think I can recall that sometime ago ( last 6 months) in one of Botala Energy's market updates, that Botala Energy would put out an invitation for PH2 investors to participate in the IPO as well ...so lets hope that they stick to that plan and give us s/holders an opportunity to be part of their Co just like PH2 will be with their ongoing interest in Botala Energy as well ..........

So IMO ( Unsubstantiated view) to get the IPO ASX listing up and running with a good opening price and take up of shares, I think the Co's will need to put out updated significant/increased levels of quality grades of Reserve Gas Test results with a hit of them thinking about starting up Commercially viable gas production and commercialisation just before the ASX listing date...
