Im not sure this is great news for us. One of the attractions of BOT is that the synthetic CBD is ‘stable’ and therefore able to be of a constant standard through manufacturing. Opening FDA pathways for more ‘organic’ forms lets other players and formats have routes to approval. NB the acquisition reported yesterday by another ASX (and US) listed player who’ve just bought their way into anti microbial and skincare sectors among many others.
