Going back to the Lynas 2025 presentations it's worth noting that magnet recycling is mentioned as part of the mix.
Maybe one or more of the kilns could be repurposed for that? Certainly there'd be no issue with the feedstock if that's the case.
A quick google failed to find any such process (and very little about NdPr magnet recycling) so it's speculative.
