The new catch cry for aussie REIT's in 2010 is having a gearing in the low 20's, which they have achieved thru this issue.
I think you may be way off the mark if you believe another 1 for 1 is coming, that was desperate days, which have passed.
Any SPP for the retail base will be: "on a similar basis to the terms of this placement"
So I would think they will raise another $90m at around the same price to keep the retail holders happy. So they will be looking at a SPP with a maximum of around $5,000.
