Yes, Dr George pulled the rug from the licensing arrangement with AXIM in July 2020.
It appears that APIRX was established sometime prior to July 2020 and at least earlier than February 2020
Dr George had an arrangement with IHL back in 2018.

The ASIC registration of the subsidiary company - APIRX Pharmaceuticals Limited was registered on 24th March 2022. with a nominated start date of September 2021.
When you think about that - I guess back in March we were all anticipating a NASDAQ listing might happen around September?

As it turns out, the announcement was dropped yesterday, but it is obvious that this strategy was hatched over 12 months ago. You wouldn't have a conversation one day, then establish a subsidiary the next day so I think we can safely assume initial talks were taking place with Incannex Execs some weeks or months prior to the subsidiary registration date of March 2022.

Just maybe some vodka was shared in New York recently?? After the NASDAQ listing??

I agree Malka that this is a long-founded plan/strategy and plenty of due diligence has been done by all IHL officeholders over the past 12-18 months..
