IVZ media thread, page-1851

I don't mind at all that it requires legislation. That's also a valid reason for it taking a bit longer.

BUT I hate finding these things out through the media like this. I don't recall any IVZ announcements or presentations explaining this. Again- I'm not talking about the what - I'm talking about the how. I feel like this keeps happening.

- Have I missed references to legislation being required? (Entirely possible, and that's on me haha - this is really why I'm asking)
- Did IVZ not previously explain or disclose this? I would not like that.
- Is this a new requirement that ZIM have recently imposed on IVZ? I would not love that either.

Has anyone got any insight?
