I am not a shareholder, but I've got to say a massive congrats on fighting off what would have been a disastrous outcome for shareholders if MZ got up. I would hope the board could look at an opportunity to place shares with an Australian institution that would effectively block future takeover of control by your Chinese shareholders. I would happily invest at that juncture as I believe the the outlook for pricing and supply favour IMA and that the board has done a good job of being debt free, with $80m cash and good prospects.
