re: 0.34 is resistance I think that now the directors have shored up their balance sheet and they are continuing to win business and stabilse existing business that a quick re-entry back to the dividends is evident - maybe even as quick as next Feb.
I think that you will find that there will be a shareholder revolt if this isn't the case, and the management team will be under huge pressure to re-rate the share price upwards with the weakness shown after the capital raising.
Time will tell, but if you are not overweight in SSM already, at these prices it would be one of the cheapest small caps on the market, especially if the dividend stream initialises again!
