RNU objects to EGR's purification Patent application, page-4

Given that a patent is not material to RNU, on the other hand, it is potentially devastating news for our western wannabes. Therefore, it does raise the question as to what their ASX-listing obligations are and whether this needs to be disclosed to their SH now that they have oppositions to their patent application.

After all, for years they have built their brand and messaging around having some kind of IP advantage. So, I would have thought that this is Material enough information for their management to put out an ASX Release (price sensitive) about how this affects their business.

If not, their SH should be demanding a Release to clarify the situation. Are they in breach of any rights? How does this affect their ability to commission their plant and conduct general business activities going forward? Is a patent conditional to unlocking government funds and offtake partners? How long will it take to resolve this matter?
