I have never made that claim. Russia is a capitalist country and Putin is a very pro capitalist leader so they wouldn't be acting on "good intentions".

The rest of your post is is justification for separatism and ethnic cleansing which wouldn't have occurred without direct support for the separatist ethnic cleanser leaders and parties by the US, Germany and NATO.
After separation, ethnic cleansing, bombing and demolition of the nation of Yugoslavia, , , NATO admitted Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic,
with the aim of expanding up to Russia, and doing the same thing there.
