    I haven't witnessed the selling here. However has coincidentially occurred in a few of the bigger stocks, STO being but one. Then today seemingly out of the blue WPL ann a SPP?

    Any chance large sells are funding the purchase of large WPL placements? If so "they" knew well before the rest of us - another example of the how the ASX watchdog is a powerless toothless tiger if so? Timing seems very coincidental?
