They are obviously doing this for a reason besides just giving the illusion of a higher stock price. There must be some positive event that will be made public soon which might put them over a threshold for maybe an eventual Nasdaq listing, although they are far away from the $2 or $3 min stock price required.
Frankly they should eventually shut down the ASX listing completely and move to the US markets . Maybe this is what is going on.
That being said my suggestion to management ......Please just concentrate for now on selling these dam ear buds to anyone!
The financial engineering will be much easier as a result.
