We have already discussed Dorfner, If you didn't know they are working with RNU on its purification process, it is in their interest to back up RNU, or all of their development work is lost. Yes 5 years of RNU development looks like it is at risk due to EGR patent.

I honestly think RNU has several steps that are a copy of EGR's process and you may need to restart your HF Free process to avoid being in breach of the currently approved patent that has 25 new and innovative steps.
As I keep saying if EGR's patent application has no impact on RNU's business for its production of HF Free graphite, why would they object?
