I think we are all assuming that it is shorting, but, it may be just that a lot of the trades are from people who are just happy to collect the arbitrage between the SP at 28c-30c and 36c-43c, which is quite a good profit.
If I had done that with Buffalo and now PAVO, I'll be doing reasonably well. But us long holders are looking for the 2x and 3x's. Quite possible with APUS coming in. A different strategy from the others.
