* In regards to an upfront fee and exclusive licencing deal(meaning its exclusive to that Co) what would that look like.? Gee i don't know. Ok i will throw a figure out there. 25 million up front payable in 2 parts 50% now and 50% after clinical trails and FDA, CE, & TGA approval payment stepped out in stages of coarse.
- The say 5% of revenue generated world wide?? Is that sexy enough? That should make the SP dance

* A full takeover yea but you are right Dicky from 8c mate 16c would probably do the job the way the market is valuing us. One would think there would be a lot of competition to buy RAP and would draw out another bidder.
