According to the tables proesented the nearest comparison to PEN at the potential producer stage is SMM (U cutoff @ 630 ppm). The market has capitalized this company at 300% of PEN's value.

This is a very positive sign, particularly with PEN's excellent de-risking of every aspect of the ISR engineering logistics at it's major delineated resource site.
