well iff the PM and Taylor allowed some common sense in they would have planned where solar arrays could be constructed. same with wind turbines. they needed a national plan that would ensure the natural growth of solar and wind was organised to promote the best outcome for the general grid.
instead they couldn't think of a plan so they just threw it in the bin.
no regulation is what enables entropy and the decay of industry. a plan is necessary to grow all available industries.
