MAN has 2 years to create SH value before the first cash component is due in 2023. After their record here in Australia of very limited activity these past 2 years, I'm not overly hopeful, but surely they can create some value before the main payment comes due in 2024? Never received a reply to my email, phones not answered. No consultation with SH about Chile. Why Chile with its sovereign risk? 80M shares is dilution for all we LTSH.
