re: Ann: Boulder Steel and ABS sign Framework... They'll need to do some sort of significant cap raising when they intend to get closer to starting construction, but not in the immediate short term - they just finished raising a couple of million in October to cover them for a while.
Hopefully the share price will be significantly higher by that stage to reduce dilution.
