I think being able to get a continual visual on a customer's cashflow has minor benefits, but really it's negligible at best
You have to lend based on current status of the borrower using their bank statements as a visual
Once you've lent the money, it has zero bearing on the cashflow or lack of from that point on
What I'm saying is the bank statements of a business do a not dictate forward cashflow
Given SPX want to lend in the Agri space, I'd suggest their cashflow figures are more seasonal so becomes an unreliable figure given it could be a 9-12 month guess and weather, feed, timing, etc etc can effect the agri space more than any other
If SPX are lending in this space without great security cover then this business won't last long as the unpaid loans will become the burden due to the nature of the agri space
