as I mentioned a while back, I'm ok if this is restricted to existing shareholders. dilution happens when it goes to "sophisticated investors". it will probably be to both though.
this is not unexpected, but the massive drop in sp the day after a "significant" find certainly deserves a please explain.
overall I prefer AC and current management to the clowns who attempted the coup, but their concept of continuous disclosure is somewhat skewed and obviously the th should have been announced before the sp plummeted.
rant is over, I'm sure the majority will forget about it by the time the next agm happens.
