Most people are very aware of the challenges in securing funding due to ESG barriers, and a significant amount of cash was going to be required through a capital raising and/or sell down.
This was always going to be in play and some people are just angry they weren’t told in black and white it was going to happen, not realising that the company had never committed to not doing a CR.
