In the past 10 years a lot of Uranium knowledge got lost and there are few explorers or developers with sufficient knowledge in this field to take it to production. JB has it and he knows what it takes to make it work.
It's a good deal provided they do merger on fair terms. The deal has to be better than last offer and if they sweeten it by 20 percent it would make it work for me. Think its a no brainer.
