If you look at the number of shares on issue fully diluted for exercised options and unquoted performance rights total shares outstanding will be

MAY : ORDINARY FULLY PAID 2,803,140,261
MAYAT : PERFORMANCE RIGHTS 31,812,050
That's a massive number of shares on issue which would limit upward price movements
