What i cant work out with this company is the selling. Lets look at a few things. I have done a little research this afternoon regarding disclusure laws around substantial shareholdings:

What i found in this article on page 65 is that as a substantial shareholder, a party has 2 business days to make a declaration that they have changed their holdings (up or down) by 1%. Why is this of any use??

What this means is that whoever is forcing the price lower is either not a substantial holder (which i dont feel is possible as the dumping has been constant for over 3 months) or that the price is being manipulated down ever so slowly (and skillfully) i might add by a group that is trying to slowly accumulate in different nominee accounts.

I am currently in the process of drafting a letter to send to ASIC as i feel that either a substantial shareholder is not disclosing the movements in their holdings or market manipulation by a bigger force is taking place. Either way, someone is breaking the law and hopefully us shareholders can have some retribution for what they are doing to the share price. My pals over at ASIC will be happy to hear about the blatant manipulation (which is my conclusion) that is going on at present.

Not sure if anyone would agree with me but enough is enough.
