I imagine this would be common across most agri produce ? E.g. woolbuyers buy large batches for manufacturing at auction , grain the same batches together to fill orders at a particular spec or even milk is batches to make homogeneous mass products . Is the model about paying individual producers for product ready for market and put into a auction/batching house faster ?
