Where NMT has been trialing a pilot plant for over a year with Chinese company IMUMR, TNG has already developed a metallurgical process known as TIVAN to extract vanadium, titanium and ferrous oxide with German company SMS Group.

TIVAN is ready to go now, the Barrambie pilot trial is still ongoing.

Given that SMS Group has a close relationship with both NMT and TNG, I would think that SMS Group would be in a good position to broker a collaboration between the two companies in regard to refining..
