While SMS Group is not a joint partner of TNG, they have world wide rights to build refineries for them.
German bank KfW-Ipex is TNG’s senior debt finance advisor and arranger. No doubt on the back of the collaboration of SMS Group with TNG.
SMS Investments is a Top 20 Shareholder as well as are Sparta AG and a couple of other German investors with very long and hard to spell names.
What I am trying to say, is that the relationship is Australia/Germany collaboration, the type that our Federal Government loves.
