BHP and RIO - you mean big companies with structures, and processes in place?
You're comparing these companies and the way they go about business, with MAN? A company that couldn't organise more than 3 holes locally while the area was considered white hot.
Throw in the geopolitics, organisation on an international level, language barriers - and you have confidence in that being achieved? MAN have a LONG way to go before the level of confidence one has in them, can be comparative to RIO or BHP.
