The other point that was missed is that if there actually is a water drive that’s a huge plus for pressure maintenance and hence oil recovery. We aren’t talking about 5% recoveries which are typical for many heavy oil Cuban discoveries. Mid range API with a active water drive is $$$$$$$$$ baby.
