On the cold face of things the ann all looks good to me, I have included for the convinience of others the CUU ann summary as viewed below:


Initial wide spaced reconnaissance drilling returned the following results:

a) CUN017 intersected 22ppm eU3O8 over 0.5m from 25.54m with a peak reading of 73ppm eU3O8 within that interval indicating uranium development within the sands.

b) CUN005 intersected a 0.5m interval of 52ppm eU3O8 which included a peak reading of 70ppm eU3O8.

c) The results of this initial wide spaced drilling are highly encouraging as they:
1. 􀂃 Indicate that uranium mineralisation is present.
2. 􀂃 Confirm the prospectivity of the Tertiary channel systems in the project area.

d) Callabonna will continue its planned drill program in the New Year and design additional drill holes to systematically test the area around CUN005.

e) Callabonna has an extensive tenement position with in excess of 150 kilometres of interpreted palaeo-channels in Curnamona North Uranium Project.

f) Similar palaeo-channel targets are likely to exist in Callabonnas Curnamona South Project area

Ordinarily I get worried when a share price drops on drilling, but on analysis it looks like a good buy to invest in.

Trades have come into play (in the possitve) since the release of the ann this afternoon. May be a good time to look at buying in IMO monitoring vol over next couple of days for potential swing.
