Yeah well I think the deal will come when the approval for 10k is granted. But if it's not done before production then I think there are problems behind the scenes. And if they come out and say can't find one 'favourable' enough then that would be either a) blatant lie or b) they're being unreasonable to the buyer if "no one" is offering a favourable deal.

It's very odd that in this day and age with the rise of EV's and the monster of demand for lithium only rising YoY, that being so close to producing at scale and no one is interested in purchasing? Very, very odd.

So yes as absurd as the previous paragraph sounds, that is why I believe it should be right around the corner in line with the expansion approvals.

And I also believe that is what the market is waiting on before AGY will get that $bil+ valuation.
