Even if that's the way the options work (which it isn't) if you buy the options you are buying with the option to either
a) commit funds at 25c a later date, in which case your upside is not leveraged because it's the same as buying the heads albeit at different times.
or
b) sell the options, in which case you ARE leveraged and if they drop 4c you've lost 100% as opposed to significantly less.
