bit of action Q but volume still really low. We just need an announcement to get this thing moving. Cant be a leaky ship on Angola as the bidders are even in the dark if Sonangol will announce tomorrow and as such why no price action - we need certainty. My gut tells me this will not be announced and further delays - hope my guts wrong though.
