KCN "Dividens" and "return on invest"

current SP is ≈ 1.5$
KCN in the past when "operating chatree mine" paid a dividend p.a. ≈ 0.15$/ share or 0. 20$/ share
So with a SP 1.5$ and a Dividend of 0.15$/ per share thats a current Dividend yield of 10%

e.g.
that means if you bought 100k shares @ the current SP 1.5$
its a 150k $ investment
so by collecting the dividend 0.15$/ per share, holding 100K KCN shares for the next 10y its 150k $ of dividends paid
its a 100% return only through the dividend

But next to that: there are events that push the SP even higer (hopefully)

• funds ready for draw down (Apirl)
• resources upgrade (next week)/ JORC update
• offical GO of the Thai cabinett (April/May/June)
• start ot the recrutiment
• implementation and down of facility
• Re-Opening of chatree, detailed updateds (dates, plan)
• First gold poured
• Sale or JV of NE (special Dividend, Share-Buyback)
• New SPLS (much more gold to dig)
• Drill results etc. (much more gold found)
• Factory Output increase from 5t to 10t (its doubling the output, CASH CASH CASH)
• Thai IPO (special Dividend, Share-Buyback)
• POG till end of the year 2500 $
• POS > 30 $
• etc. etc. etc.

all that events should bring a higher SP
I dont see any other stock currently with more potential
--> SP increase + Dividend + ROSSies Share Buy Backs

BASICALLY THE SKY IS THE LIMIT
