if you are serious about mounting an EGM campaign (and this possibly isn't the best place for discussing it other than seeking supporters) then be prepared to do everything yourself. most people will say "i'm with you all the way" or something to that effect, then when the adrenalin drains away they wont give a toss either way. it will be up to you.
be prepared to make numerous appeals in here to gain support, be prepared to collate and organize their details, and before you do anything else put some serious thought in exactly what the issue(s) are that you plan to base any such EGM on. then get some advice on wording the request to the company.
PS don't forget management controls 51pc of the vote too (though im not sure how they are allowed to cast these votes if the resolutions are aimed at them?) its a can of worms, have fun.
