From social media, ther it customer service is pretty bad, they have had constant complaints to the Telco Industry Ombudmsan, Vicki Brady is not liked and has reduced cost basically by restructuring in other words getting rid of sacking people and running costs down and TLS to the ground which I thought was Penn.
They have offshored too much customer service, run the place on a shoestring and the shoes break.
The foreign exec made a mess of the place and it looks like Vicki Brady is the Dan Quayle, John Major, George H.W. Bush of the place, someone designed to make Penn’s failed tenure not look so bad.
TLS has immense problems.
You almost hope the new Government gets in and regulates the tripe of ur of telcos, so that TLS a an sort out it’s many and varied problems and the other telcos cannot be so competitive as they are regulated too.
