FDA still have to give the all clear for the chemistry, it's not a given by any means. It's up to the individual to work out whether the fact that FDA are talking packaging colours and not any of the other criteria as to whether this is a good thing. Nothing material yet imo, the company has continually disclosed that talks with FDA are encouraging/proceeding well.
