Don't you guys realise that this is terrible news?
As Navarone and Gordobre et. al. are often pointing out when people post commodity prices, anything that is found by drilling is by definition "in the ground" and "not mined yet"; and an unmined resource, no matter how valuable, is worthless.
Ergo, the best thing to do to avoid finding worthless things is to do nothing at all, and drilling completely ruins this strategy.
