Here's to hoping they announce another non-binding offer or two in the coming weeks to get the interest really picking up, knowing that any deals now need to be better than what Cluff have offered... Although I'd think most companies at this stage will skip anything non-binding and only sign something that gets them on board.
If not going it alone, 80-100% carry on 2 wells + 30% back costs for 30% equity would be my ask.
As others have mentioned, it seemed the preference of Stuart to bring in a partner now to share the exploration risk rather than wait until post discovery to find a partner. Shouldn't make much difference to our share price in the drilling hype but will do later on.
In terms of the share price today, I can't see the brakes being released now until we secure funding one way or another.
