I have since contacted Peter about this (and other stuff). Whilst he never confirmed the chemisty part was signed off, significantly he never said it wasn't. Normally he mentions 'nays'!
I've bought a few more this morning! I'm so pleased the rights trading has gone. I'm also heartened that some big players wanted to buy millions of rights yesterday.
