Not sure this is a big change. He was also an NED (non exec) at BDC, which literally just got swallowed up by SBM.
So I guess Rowan Johnston has more time, and has chosen to focus on GCY.
He has an interesting career history, being the past MD of Elexsor Gold and before that, Exec at Mutiny Gold.
At the least, SL has a strong chairman....
Now... its just a waiting game.

Or with GCY now on firm footing, it resurects iteslf and aims to become a mid teir producer, with 2 plants and multiple mining centres (hub and spoke).
