I think you are missing the point, you will still own VMY, just inside another entity, you are still exposed to the opportunity you seem to think you have now missed. Also I’m not trying to reek of this is good for me, I’m saying that there is an opportunity in plain site to grab 10% more DYL shares by buying VMY today than if you were to buy DYL today. It’s not often that these opportunities present. All of course in my opinion. DYOR.
