To put things into perspective POS would have also be looking at an extra $250m+ on top of the $400m to get RAV up and running.
For a company with a MC of less than $50mil you must admit that is quite an effort to come up with AUD$3/4bil.
Not even MRE were able to outmatch them and they have a MC of $1bil and cash!
