I've only been consistently successful with Jasmine flower cuttings. No need for any fancy technique, plant steroid and stick to good potting mix, away from the sun and constantly maintaining a damp soil. My night jasmine is flowering again big time, twice in 4 season, I think more a colder climate flowering season. That also came from a humble cutting. I must admit this one isxa hit and miss, last 6 attempts call died! Beginners luck I think.
Since you are a fellow fish hobbyist, I can't seem to get any ram horns to survive in the gold fish tank. Used to but about 6 months ago, all the ones I introduced from the guppy tank died almost immediately. Any reason ? Not a water quality issue, weekly water change.
